Made from high strength aluminium, the joggle box gutters come in various sizes and profiles, with a full range of accessories including angles, outlets, stopends, and fascia brackets. True and facetted radius gutters are also available (get in touch to discuss). For installation, fascia brackets are spaced at a maximum of 750mm, no further than 375mm from a joint, with additional brackets required near joints and fittings. The fascia brackets should be set out to any pre-determined fall taking note of the position of any fittings such as outlets & angles beforehand. Fix using 5mm x 25mm stainless steel countersunk screws (dependant on substrate) Rafter brackets are also available whose centres may be governed by the roof timbers. Rise & fall brackets driven into the masonry are recommended to be at 600mm maximum centres. For direct fixing, gutters come pre-drilled at 750mm intervals and can be installed horizontally or with a specified fall (e.g. 1 in 60).Fix gutter together with M6 x 20mm screws, nuts and washers supplied. Seal joints with recommended silicone (Arbosil 1096 recommended).
