Flat glass rooflight, electrically opening unit with concealed tandem motors, long side hinged in rectangular sizes,

Unit incorporates double glazed clear flat glass unit mounted to aluminium thermally broken 100mm high frame, powder coated to Anthracite Grey (RAL 7016) externally and White (RAL 9016) internally, incorporating security hinges, integral motor brackets, concealed wiring and fully hidden 230v motors when unit closed.

Rooflight tested to CWCT TN66 & TN67 to Class 1 Non-Fragile.

To fit to waterproofed upstand set on site by builder to a minimum 5 degree pitch. To suit a finished external builder's curb size of  : via selection
