Flat Glass Rooflight with Timber Sloping Upstand and Electric Motor Opening - 7016 Anthracite Grey PPC Aluminium Frame

Flat glass rooflight with electic motor opening method, clear double glazed glass to comprise of: 6mm Toughened outer pane, 16mm argon filled cavity with warm edge spacer bar, 8.8mm laminated Low E inner pane.  
Border to underside of perimeter to cover upstand detail and welded 4mm extruded, thermally broken aluminium glazing frame.  
Sill section and fixing frame all polyester powder coated to RAL7016 Anthracite Grey.  Rooflight independently tested to CWCT TN66 & TN67 to Class 1 Non-Fragile.
Unit to incorporate timber sloping upstand with 5 degree pitch to suit  Structural opening (unfinished) of:  via dropdown selection
