Terms and Conditions of Customer Survey Prize Draw
By taking part in this promotion, you agree to be bound by the following terms & conditions:
Promotion: One email address per person used to complete the survey, accurate to the best of their knowledge*, will be entered into the random draw.
* Any form with a response of 'other' without then specifying an alternative in the relevant text box will not be entered in the draw
The Promoter is Rainclear Systems Ltd. The Laws of England & Wales govern this promotion.
Incentive: The first email address drawn at random from all those that took part will receive a ‘Sony PS4 Console (Standard Black)’. The next 10 drawn at random will receive a Rainclear branded golf umbrella.
- There is no cash alternative to prizes
- The Promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 and over with an interest in construction, self-build or DIY, architectural design, repair or renovation. Only available for households in mainland UK (exc. N. Ireland). Only one entry per household.
- The Promotion may vary or be withdrawn at any time without prior notice. In the event the Promotion is withdrawn Rainclear will honour any outstanding Incentives.
- We aim to deliver the prizes within 30 days of the end of the promotion.
- The Promoter cannot be responsible for late or non-delivery due to incorrect address details being provided, postal strikes or other factors beyond the Promoters reasonable control
- We will communicate by email unless provided with a phone number. It is the responsibility of the participant to check the email address they have used for communications from Rainclear. We can not be held responsible for a delay in sending the prize if the participant has not responded to communications by email (or phone) to arrange delivery to a Mainland UK address
